Join us for a day of hiking, reflection, mindful movement and conversation as we explore our 'Beautiful Boundaries' - what they feel like in our lives; and how to express them and honour them.

Our individual boundaries are what enable us to make space for our needs and the things we want in life. They're essential to self-care, health, your vitality, your pleasure, strong relationships and a joyful, balanced life.

Boundaries are the thing that enables us to honour our 'yes' by expressing our 'no'. Without them we can feel exhausted and depleted; we can lose our sense of self, our relationships can suffer and joy can seemingly vanish from life. The word ‘boundaries’ can sound serious and a touch scary - but they’re also beautiful and the place of great joy!

Through time in nature, movement, reflection and conversation we'll be exploring practical tools to
- sense your boundaries (in a body-based way)
- build the capacity to come back to your centre and feel more calm and connected; and
- express and honour your boundaries.

By the end of the day you'll have tools and practices to help you feel more empowered in your life and relationships.

Our day will include a walk along the Delatite River, a swim for those who are keen, lunch, conversation and movement-based activities that help us to sense and express our boundaries in a playful yet practical way.

Women Out Wild is all about movement, connection, nature, creativity ... And women supporting women to feel safe, free and empowered in their bodies and their lives.
