Dance
Conscious dance classes and workshops unleash creativity, expression, courage and insight through human movement. Dance classes run as stand-alone events or part of conferences, retreats, training events, innovation labs or festivals.
There are no set steps in these classes. And you can't do it wrong. You're free to move in your own way - free to express every facet of yourself. You'll learn about yourself; you'll unearth gifts, shift doubts and rewrite old patterns; and you'll discover your innate creativity and sense of self. All while dancing to awesome tunes!
What to expect

CLASS DETAILS
Classes run for 60 minutes
Bookings are essential - contact me directly to book your space
Please bring your own mat - straps and blocks are optional. (If you don’t have your own equipment, I can order for you).
Hygiene measures - please use the hand sanitiser at the studio entrance, you are also welcome to wash hands in the studio. At present we are not loaning out studio equipment, instead we ask that you bring your own mat, strap and blocks (strap and blocks are optional).
In-person classes are held at my beautiful studio on the outskirts of Mansfield. 53 Mt Battery Rd.
Live online classes are held via Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom app and register for the class by messaging me. You will then be sent a link for the zoom class.
Private & small group
One on one sessions or small group classes (2-4 people) tailored to your needs.
Sessions are tailored to your body, your passions, your vision and your goals. Classes can weave together yoga, pilates, intuitive movement, pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness.
1-2 people - $85/hr | 3-4 people - $100/hr

Movement is my joy and I love nothing more than sharing it with others. We live and learn through the body and mindful movement is a doorway to transformation.
My classes are a blend of the movement modalities and theories that have helped me most in my own journey with chronic pain and injury. Safety, fun and exploration are key to my approach - I hope you’ll join me!
