Release & Unwind
An 8 week series designed to empower you to find greater release and mobility within your own body. Classes blend our love of bodywork and massage WITH yoga and movement to help you find mobility, ease and balance.
Blocks, bolsters, straps, yoga flows, tennis balls, assisted stretches and assists... plus theory and cueing to support you to tune into YOUR system and what works for you.
Week 1 - release, relax and unwind
Week 2 - lower body (great for runners/cyclists)
Week 3 - upper body
Week 4 - release, relax and unwind 2
Weeks 5-8 - details on the way - there will be some beautiful stuff incorporating Thai massage, gentle movement practices to calm the nervous system and aid in finding release/relaxation.
Day & time: Tuesdays 6pm-7:15pm
Dates: April 7 to May 26
Strictly 12 spaces per class.
Passes - 4 class pass $100
If we have spaces remaining we’ll open up casual spots for $30 per class.
